Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

HonorCall Marketing LLC ("HonorCall", "we", "us") provides lead generation services to independent concrete coating contractors. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

1. Who we are

HonorCall Marketing LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with a registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste 4000, Sheridan, WY 82801. For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected] or +1 (217) 571-4605.

2. Information we collect

From prospective and current clients

  • Name, business name, email address, telephone number and postal address
  • Business details including contractor licence number, insurance information, service areas and the services you offer
  • Account access you grant us, such as Google Business Profile, Google Ads or analytics accounts
  • Billing information, processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers
  • Correspondence with us, including email, SMS and call recordings

From homeowners and enquirers responding to campaigns

  • Name and telephone number
  • Details of the enquiry, such as property type, surface, location and timeline
  • Call recordings and transcriptions where a tracked number is used
  • Form submissions made through advertising platforms or landing pages we operate

Automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device type and pages viewed on this website
  • Cookie and similar identifiers, including those set by advertising and analytics providers

3. Call recording

Calls placed to tracked telephone numbers we operate on behalf of our clients may be recorded and transcribed. Recording is used to verify lead quality, resolve billing questions, and improve campaign performance. Callers are notified where required by law. Recording laws differ by state, and it is our clients' responsibility to ensure their own use of recordings complies with the law in the states they operate in.

4. Why we use your information

  • To provide, operate and improve our lead generation services
  • To verify whether a lead meets the qualification standard before it is billed
  • To route enquiries to the appropriate client
  • To invoice, take payment and keep accounting records
  • To respond to enquiries and provide support
  • To send service communications, and marketing communications where you have opted in
  • To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations

5. SMS and messaging

Where you provide a telephone number and consent to messaging, we may send SMS relating to your enquiry or your account. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Sharing your information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • With our clients. Enquiries generated by a campaign are passed to the contractor for that territory, so they can respond to you.
  • With service providers who help us operate — hosting, CRM and communications platforms, call tracking, advertising platforms, analytics and payment processing.
  • Where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
  • In a business transfer, if HonorCall is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

7. Advertising platforms

We operate campaigns on third-party platforms including Google and Meta. Those platforms collect and process data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. Where a client's own advertising account is used, the client is the account holder and controller of that data.

8. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above. Call recordings and lead records are typically retained for the duration of the client relationship plus a reasonable period for billing disputes and legal claims. Accounting records are kept for the period required by law.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and certain other states have specific rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under California law.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International visitors

We operate from the United States. If you access our services from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your country.

13. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be notified where required.
