Anti-Spam Policy

HonorCall Marketing LLC does not send, permit, or tolerate unsolicited bulk email, and does not permit any domain we own or operate to be advertised through unsolicited messages.

1. Our commitment

We do not send unsolicited bulk email. We do not purchase, rent, harvest, scrape from consumer sources, or otherwise acquire email lists. We do not use affiliates, resellers, third-party senders, or any other party to advertise our websites or services through unsolicited messages.

All business correspondence we send is individually targeted business-to-business communication, sent to publicly listed business contact addresses, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Every message we send includes:

• Accurate, non-deceptive header information and subject lines
• Clear identification of HonorCall Marketing LLC as the sender
• Our valid physical postal address
• A working opt-out mechanism, honoured within ten business days and in practice on the same day

2. Domains covered by this policy

This policy applies to every domain owned or operated by HonorCall Marketing LLC, including but not limited to:

• honorcallmarketing.com
• gethonorcall.com
• honorcallhq.com

None of these domains may be advertised, referenced, or linked to in any unsolicited message by any party.

3. Third parties and affiliates

We operate no affiliate programme. No affiliate, partner, contractor, reseller, or third party is authorised to advertise HonorCall Marketing LLC, its services, or any of its domains through unsolicited email, SMS, or any other form of unsolicited messaging.

We do not engage third-party email senders, list brokers, or lead resellers to promote our services.

4. Client obligations

Clients engaging our lead generation services are contractually prohibited from:

• Using unsolicited bulk messaging to advertise services we provide or promote on their behalf
• Referencing any HonorCall Marketing LLC domain in any unsolicited message
• Supplying us with purchased, rented, harvested, or otherwise non-consensually obtained contact data

5. Advertising campaigns we operate

Where we operate paid advertising on behalf of clients, those campaigns run on established advertising platforms including Google Ads and Meta, under each platform's own advertising policies. Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to the platform on the client's own account. We do not operate unsolicited messaging campaigns on any client's behalf.

6. Reporting a violation

If you believe you have received an unsolicited message from us, or a message referencing any of our domains, please contact [email protected].

We investigate every report received. Where a report is substantiated, we remove the address immediately, and take corrective action with any party found responsible.

7. Enforcement

Any party found to be advertising HonorCall Marketing LLC, its services, or any of its domains through unsolicited messages will have their relationship with HonorCall Marketing LLC terminated immediately and without refund.

8. Opting out

To be removed from all HonorCall Marketing LLC correspondence, reply "stop" to any message from us, or email [email protected]. Removal is actioned the same day and is permanent.
