For larger or custom pilots we sometimes recommend a starter retainer (typical range $3,000–$4,500) plus optional performance fees, for example $50–$100 per qualified call or $150–$400 per booked service, depending on the package.

For risk reduction we usually run a 60-day pilot so you can see real results fast. If we agree on a guaranteed number of qualified calls and we come up short, we apply a straightforward pro-rata credit. For example, if you paid $1,000 for 10 guaranteed qualified calls and we deliver 8, we return $200 — that’s the per-call price times the shortfall, no questions asked. Exact trial pricing, subscription choice and any guarantee terms will be written into the proposal so everything is clear before we start.

What do you need from us to start?

A short intake call, access to your website and Google Business Profile, someone who can answer or triage calls, and approval on compassionate creative. If you want calendar/CRM integration we’ll need API or login access. That’s it.

What metrics do you report on?

Monthly reports show calls, qualified calls, booked services, CPL for qualified calls, cost per booked service, impressions and clicks, and a simple ROI estimate. Internally we track answer rate and missed-call recovery conversion.
